- Vandettacrime.net may not be appropriate for persons under the age of 15, by playing the game, or signing up for an account, you agree that you are over the age of 15 or otherwise have parental consent to play.

- By creating an account, or sending in-game messages, you agree to allow vandettacrime.net access to your in-game mail, whether they notify you or not.

- Vandettacrime.net does not guarantee that you will be able to login to the game at all times or gain access to all parts of the game. Certain parts of the game may be unavailable due to browser, firewall or security settings, or other problems.

RULES

Begging

Begging in any form (via minichat, via private messages etc) will be experienced as anoying and is not allowed. In the sircumstance we catch you begging a single warning will be given, will you get caught while begging again, you'll get a temporary ban for fourteen days, should we catch you once more, the permanent ban will be bestowed upon your account.

Begging includes: begging for money, credits and any other asset or currency.

Note: Requesting a trade-deal is something entirely different.

Bann-begging

In the case you write us about someone you know got banned and you wish to plea their bann should be lifted, please, don't. In the past we had dealings with players that wished to plea the bann of a friend which in turn led to us at some point unbanning the banned player. We had reasons to bestow the bann in the first place but lifted it none the less. This also resulted into stress that was building up with some of us. Please, if a friend get banned by us, don't plea for him/her. It will result in the pleaer getting the same punishment.

Don't plea, but let the banned player send us an email. It won't change matters in most cases, but it can shed some light on why you got banned.

Botting / Macroing

Using any program or machine (Includes but is not limited to: Bots, Macros, autoclickers) to automate any part of the game is strictly forbidden.

Advertising

Any advertising of other websites, games or services unrelated to the game is not toleratedand will result in an instant AND PERMANENT ban from the game.

Exploits / Bugs

Any bug, exploit, or mistake in the game should be reported to a staff member (Admin+preferred. Inform or request help from a Moderator as a last resort.) as soon as humanly possible. Taking advantage of a bug, exploit, or mistake in the game is strictly forbidden.

Age Requirement

When you create an account you guarantee that you are above the age of 15, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

Account sharing

You may only play on ONE account. Sharing an account with another player/person is forbidden. Staff will NEVER ask for your password. We will not be held responsible for any damage that happens to your account if you give away (willingly or unwillingly) your password.

Multiple accounts

You may only own ONE account. If you and a friend/family member wish to play from the same IP/residence, you must first inform a staff member and given clearance to do so. (No, do not create both accounts and ask after. Create the first one, wait for clearance, create the second one.) No trades(directly or indirectly using other players/guilds etc.) will be allowed between the two accounts. (NOTE: The account sharing rules still apply to such cases. Staff reserves the right to lockdown accounts of which they suspect being multies. In this case, contact us via:

and we'll discuss the matter.

Ban-evading

In the case you get banned from vandettacrime.net for breaking one of the rules outlined on this page and by creating a new account is seen as ban-evading. Ban-evading is strictly prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy here. Should you get banned, then in most occasions there is a very good reason on why you got banned. Send us an email to:

and we can discuss it.

When this method is used and we discover you the same perma-ban will be applied on your "new" account.

Zero tolerance policy.

We on Vandettacrime.net have a long breath with giving warnings and causions with exception to the perma-ban occasions. But zero tolerance means that when you do something which earned you a perma-ban, that it won't be lifted at all.

When you are not allowed back in vandettacrime, this doesn't mean that this same ban applies onto your account on our other online games.

Stick to the game

When you got yourself banned on one of our online games, keep the matter to the game you have been banned on. So for example, when you get banned on vandettacrime.net don't start discussing it on our other online games or bother the staff on said game with it.

Attacking other players & family's

Vandettacrime originally was created with the idea of being a peaceful place in which players could build up their characters without the fear of getting beaten up to often. But in the past few years, staff did try to get attacking others more involved, but, instead of getting more involved, it more and more got the way of living. This never was the idea of the game. But, now, we even feel the need to say, that with the limitations we did put back upon attacking, we also apply rules upon them now:

1. Only attack a player who is inactive for three months, we have at least 600 players which are inactive these days, attacking active members will result into your account banned for 14 days, should this behaviour continue the ban will become a permanent one.

2. don't login onto someone else's account to finish the job, the rules regarding multies apply.

3. Attacking other families is allowed only if the family you wish to attack has not been active for three months. You can discover this by checking on the members and when they last logged in. Violation of this rule will lead to the attacking family being disbanded imidiately by an admin.

Credit Purchases

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, your purchases will be delivered immediately or maximal 24 hours after receipt of your payment. By making purchases on the website (more expensive, but processed imidiately) or via our online mafia shop on nonvisiongames.com (cheaper, but requires some more time to be processed) you consent that you own the respective funds and you waive any right to cancellation/chargeback/refund. (This also applies if your account were to be terminated.)

Incorrect object purchases

When you wish to purchase objects spread throughout the game world make certain you purchase the correct one. The staff isn't responsible for refunding the credits when you make an incorrect purchase. These objects include:

- casino tables (blackjack, roulette, horseracing etc).

- bullet factories,

- prisons,

- hospitals,

- presidentships,

Selling via auction

As per september 27 2019 the auction option was disabled, as from August the 13th 2020 the auction is active again. But the past period showed us that we have to put up rules for using the option:

1. Please, sell every good for a realistic value. Use your common sense by determining a starting value. The higher the amount of the good you wish to sell the higher the starting value usually gets.

2. The staff reserves the right to look into past auctionlogs.

Item-swapping

The swapping of items between accounts is not tolerated, please review the rules about auctioning mentioned above again. Item-swapping gives the receiving account an unfair advantage over the other players. Items which can be swapped around include:

- bullets

- objects

-credits

- prostitutes

- inmense amounts of money

and various others.

Any account caught into the activitie of item-swapping will be dealth with according the sircumstance.

Staff Impersonation

Impersonating staff will result in your account being terminated. This includes but is not limited to: changing your username/title/clan name to mimic a staff’s username/title, telling other people you are a staff member etc.

Real-World Trading

Selling any in-game asset for real life currency or real life goods (This includes but is not limited to: electronics, gift cards, game codes etc.) will result in your account being terminated.

Scamming

Scamming in-game is not allowed in vandettacrime.net. Any such issues should be reported to staff at admin level or higher. it is encouraged to use the built-in functions of the game such as the market to avoid any scam.

Cross-game Trading

Trading in-game assets for assets in other games is allowed, but do so at your own risk. vandettacrime.net or any of its staff do not endorse such trades and will not provide assistance in case any problems (Includes but is not limited to: scamming) arise.

Appeals

If you wish to appeal any decision taken by vandettacrime.net or its staff regarding your account and its status, please do so by writing an e-mail to our support describing the situation and why you think the decision should be reversed. Please include your in-game name in the e-mail.

Real life

Please remember that this is just a game! We strongly recommend not giving out any personal information on the game.

If you are caught breaking any of the above rules, your account may be closed and you may not be able to register another account in the future.

- Being a staff member or a donator does not make you exempt from the game rules.

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of text sent by the user's browser to our server whenever a user visits the website, they are used to store session data in order to keep your account logged in.

Personal Data

The personal data collected at vandettacrime.net is your e-mail and IP-address, we do so in order to create a fair game for all the players. Data collected at vandettacrime.net is not shared with any third party.

Transaction Data

Any transaction you do in game such as but not limited to clicking links, sending messages, purchasing premium currency, starting actions are being tracked and logged to ensure a fair experience for every player.

Data Storage

We store the data in a secure database. The data is stored for as long as your account remains active, if you wish to delete your account and have your data removed you can do so by sending an email to our support.

- Consent By agreeing to this privacy policy you are giving us permission to process the previously specified data about you for previously specified purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any point by sending an email to our support but keep in mind doing so will also terminate your account.
